Dropdowns are very handy accessories with multiple purposes. Typically a drop down is added to rigs to add additional space between your nail and your rig. This allows smoker’s to heat their nail without worrying about applying too much heat near your piece and ruining the smooth smoking experience, or your pieces.
Dropdowns are also used to convert rigs and “dry” pipes, along with their joint sizes (10mm, 14mm, 18mm, etc.). If you want to convert, transform or combine multiple pieces and accessories, you’ll enjoy stocking up on some dropdowns.
